Metrotile Lightweight roofing system:

The metrotile Roofing system is designed to provide an attractive, lightweight and economic finish for all Park Homes, down to a pitch of just 10 degrees.The system comprises of purpose built timber trusses, standard 200mm insulation, specialist under felt and treated tile batten. Fascias, Gable ends and barge boards can be either Textured finish or PVCu cladding in the colour of your choice. The tiles are coated galvanised steel panels with the appearance of traditional clay or concrete tiles. A comprehensive range of accessories, including eaves, ridge and barge flashings complete the system. Once installed, the system provides a durable, weather tight and low maintenance roof in a choice of a variety of colours. The system carries a 30 year weather tight manufacturers warranty and attracts discounts from many Park Home insurance companies. 

Linear PVCu Windows and doors.

Our PVCu windows and doors are constructed using rebated outer frames ensuring a good seal between the body of your home and the window frame.The frames have welded joints and are fitted with security Scotia style beadings. Security locks are fitted to each opening unit and fire escapes are fitted where required to comply with BS3632. Each frame is fitted with a 28mm sealed double glazed unit with the option of striking obscure glass patterns where required, along with toughened panels in doors.

Doors can be either standard frame style with glazed upper panel and white lower panel, or you can choose stylish moulded panel designs with a choice of glazed units including stained glass. The options are endless with a style to suit every taste.
